Terms of Use

PowerSync AI Vendor Management for Shopify and PowerSync AI are software products provided by ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC. PowerSync AI is a product name and does not create a separate legal entity.

These Terms of Use govern access to the PowerSync AI web app, Shopify embedded app, standalone SaaS app, supplier ingestion tools, AI extraction tools, reporting pages, and related support services.

You are responsible for your Shopify store, supplier relationships, login credentials, source permissions, product data, supplier files, inventory decisions, tax obligations, privacy notices, consent requirements, and compliance with laws and platform rules that apply to your business.

You may only upload supplier files that you are authorized to access and use for inventory operations. Locked connector previews such as Gmail, Drive, website, dealer portal, PDF, and API feed sources are not active in the current submitted release.

PowerSync AI connects to Shopify using merchant-approved app permissions. The current Shopify review build requests read_products, read_inventory, and read_locations so it can import products, variants, inventory items, locations, vendors, SKUs, barcodes, and inventory quantities.

The current submitted release does not require protected customer data, order data, visitor data, checkout data, marketing data, fulfillment data, or Shopify write scopes.

Shopify-changing actions remain locked as dry-run records in this release. AI suggestions do not directly update Shopify.

PowerSync AI may use AI providers to interpret merchant-uploaded supplier CSV/XLSX files, spreadsheet columns, SKU matches, lead times, discontinued flags, reporting context, and other inventory or store-management signals.

AI output is advisory and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Deterministic validation, confidence scoring, duplicate checks, and merchant approval controls are required before any proposed inventory decision can be treated as reliable.

PowerSync AI is listed as a free Shopify app for this review submission. The submitted app does not create subscription charges, usage charges, one-time app charges, card collection flows, or upgrade checkout.

The free app may include product limits such as supplier-source limits, AI check limits, locked future integrations, and review-only Shopify actions. These limits are product controls, not upgrade gates.

ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC may suspend or limit access for abuse, security risk, unauthorized source access, restricted-use misuse, or violation of these terms.

Supplier data can be delayed, wrong, incomplete, restricted, or formatted inconsistently. Shopify inventory quantities can also change because of orders, returns, manual edits, warehouse actions, or third-party apps.

You remain responsible for reviewing proposed changes, maintaining accurate inventory settings, and deciding whether to rely on any supplier signal, report, AI suggestion, or automation policy.

PowerSync AI may integrate with Shopify, AI model providers, hosting providers, database providers, analytics providers, support tools, and other third-party services. Their terms, privacy rules, uptime, permissions, and restrictions may apply.

ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, supplier policy changes, Shopify API changes, AI provider behavior, or merchant-provided credentials that are invalid, expired, unauthorized, or restricted.

You may not misuse the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, submit unlawful data, upload supplier files you are not authorized to use, use the service to harm another business, or resell the service without written permission.

PowerSync AI does not qualify for, support, or approve PowerSYNC workflows involving prohibited or restricted product categories such as alcohol, pork or pork-derived products, gambling products or services, adult products or adult content, illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, or any other product or activity that ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC determines creates legal, platform, supplier, or ethical risk.

Misuse of PowerSync AI for prohibited or restricted product categories may be rejected, suspended, discontinued, or canceled. ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC may terminate the affected account or workflow depending on the facts of the case, applicable law, Shopify rules, merchant conduct, and any written agreement.

You may not rely on PowerSync AI as a legal, tax, accounting, financial, customs, product safety, or professional compliance adviser.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect extraction accuracy, supplier availability, Shopify API availability, error-free AI output, or that every inventory mismatch will be detected.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course-of-dealing warranties.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, refunded demand, lost inventory, supplier disputes, Shopify store downtime, data loss, reputational harm, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC's total liability for claims related to the service is limited to 100 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your store, supplier sources, credentials, data, products, privacy requests, consent failures, misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

You may stop using the service by uninstalling the app from Shopify Admin or contacting support for workspace closure. ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC may suspend or terminate access if required for security, platform compliance, legal risk, supplier-source abuse, or violation of these terms.

After termination, ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC may retain records as needed for legal, security, tax, audit, abuse prevention, backup, and dispute-resolution purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

ENEXSOLUTIONS, LLC may update these terms as the product, Shopify requirements, AI capabilities, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted in the app or on the public website when practical.
